A light-hearted read which takes you back in your comfort zone.

My likeability for this book, made me to dream about myself setting on an expedition for pillaging, ransacking, you name it, "the seeing stone" from Jared :D Hope I don't sound like a goblin with a toad face and glass eyes :P

A definite 5-star for this menagerie of goblins, fairies and humans.

        Whoopee , finally first review on a science fiction story! 😊 This story for me was like confronting yet consorting with the EVILS of technology! Being an electronics & telecommunication engineer myself (though I no longer associate being one and consider myself totally a literature girlfriend/lover  😊 ), I adored this story based on  magic, technology, and the future  to bits!!   During my teens, I would ponder if technology is a boon or a bane?  Then I stopped ruminating any longer on the ills of technology, because of the prolific inventions profusely being lauded and inundating human lives in entirety, moreover everyone partaking in its bounteous growth! I avidly read fairy-tales because they are replete with folkloric characters (fairies, goblins, witches, giants, and many more), enchantments ineffable, and mysteries inconceivable! They infallibly cure hearts that have stopped believing in the power of goodness and miracles. Additionally, they attach morals to the plot, if not explicitly but subtly! Post finishing these magical books, the hearts overflow, with ideas of magic, ambitions of achieving the impossible , and smiles nestled with hope inculcated!  They generally proclaim victory of good over evil, all the killings and cruelty are justified by acts of kindness, and kingdom of love thrives amidst all the treacherous and pernicious surroundings!
